Assateague Island and the mainland, it is a small town - a throwback to a quieter time. It is also the
portal to Assateague Island, with its spectacular national seashore and wildlife refuge.
Absolutely Fabulous features a spacious open floor plan, with 3 bedrooms, 2 and 1/2 baths, and central
air conditioning. It has a master suite with king bed, a second room with a queen, and a third bedroom
with two twin bids. The house has great water views of Assateague Island and the lighthouse. The

Casa de la Rusa sits high in the hills above the north coast of the island of Vieques, where it catches
the cooling Trade Winds. The villa enjoys sweeping views of the neighboring island of Culebra and of
the tropical Atlantic. It's just a couple minute's drive into Isabel Segunda, the main town of Vieques.
Each of Casa de la Rusa's 3 spacious bedrooms has its own bathroom and air conditioning. The villa

Casa Gertrudis is situated in fashionable Ocean Park, San Juan, Puerto Rico. It is only 3 blocks to a
fabulous beach and the same distance or less to several well known restaurants and bars, including
Pamela's Restaurant, Kasalta Spanish deli, Dunbar's bar, and Pinky's. Located between the airport and
San Juan, it's only a 15 minute cab ride to either and it's even closer to the hotel-casinos.
Casa Gertrudis is a tastefully decorated oasis from the bustle of San Juan. It has two bedrooms, one
and one-half baths, and air conditioning. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, while the other
bedroom has two twins. There is also a fabulous patio to soak up the warmth and sun of the tropics.
